CUSTOM RACE CAR DASH / INSTRUMENT POD
Satisfied Customer
This customer wanted to have a more purposeful look and feel to his dash layout. My background in aviation manufacturing made it a natural to apply some of those elements. The desire was to have some rugged aircraft looks but mixed with some finer points like flush rivets in some areas and flush access panel for the brakes. Clean but it needed to let people know that this car (and driver) means business...

SIMPLE ENGINE TEST STAND
Commitment to Value
This project is a great example of what I can provide in a situation where budget in a large shop would kill the project. Being a small, local home-based shop I can take on simple jobs like this for customers that would otherwise have to abandon the concept.

BAD-FAB'S NEW JIG TABLE
Built for in-house fab work
This project is a perfect example of the level of service and quality of work my clients have come to expect from me. As for the table itself, it is expandable with two leafs to 5'x10' overall dimension. This will fit most monocoques or chassis on top. Of course, it can be used for any job that requires a flat surface and clamping/jig ability. All 6061 Aluminum construction. A nice addition to the shop.

RACE CAR DOOR INNER BRACES
Simple Design
Sometimes it can just be a relatively small job like this one. While it is a small job, it does require some experience and forethought to get everything at the right angles and centered properly to land where it needs on other structure. Customer supplied a template but always tricky without the vehicle in-house. Luckily they fit like a glove.

SIDE BY SIDE ATV ROOF
A roof made for an ATV quad side by side. Cost was about half what a plastic aftermarket one would have been so economically made sense and it is definitely more durable. Also, gives the option of adding racks and lights later.
